Since it is shortwave, I am ruling that the message would be heard by anyone who has a handset turned on, or those on the bridge. So Wyatt is probably the only person who got the message. Please be very specific about movement and weapons in hand vs weapons carried. Serenity combat is much faster than D&D, and frankly much more deadly.
