I have like 3 javelins. If smites work with thrown stuff I could try that lol.

I finally got this site to work!

I had head it was up a few days ago but every time I came here it failed to load.  Until now.  

I will try and get things moving again quickly.

Also, could everyone PM me their email address?  I want a way to communicate if this happens again.  I've seen the site go down before, but never for more than a day or so.  I'd like to keep the game here, but if need be we may have to move it.  Right now I believe Dragon Soul is the lone person I had no way to contact outside of this site, but having an email would make it easier if you are ok with that.  

Sorry I haven't been posting. The site has been down for me for the past week or so. Then I had further bad luck with my internet. We had a storm and the internet guy said rainwater must have gotten into the wi-fi box thing and messed it up so we had wi-fi on and of for a few days.

Don't know if it's due to my wi-fi cutting out (as I said in the above post), but my e-mail isn't working atm. It freezes. :/

Well, hopefully your internet gets fixed.  I am going to get a post going here but also look more deeply into moving to D&D Beyond.  I don't want to - I have been on this site for over a decade and it has been very good to me.  But maybe.

Well it's been over 12 hrs so far and the Inn is still up so hopefully it looks like Olan got the server problem fixed. I love the Inn with all my heart, been here the longest of us in this game, except maybe Keeper, and would hate to leave it. However though I'll never "leave" the Inn, I'll go where the game goes to play it. Your call in the end Nomad.

OK time for attack planning.  My thought is we attack each of the guard goblins one at a time.  Everyone with ranged weapons or spells shoots at once and hopefuly kill the goblin before it raises an alarm.  The other option would be to let them raise an alarm and hopefully we can defeat what should be a small number of goblins in one fight.

Okay, being new to this type of playing, asking for ideas or to see if things might work.

What if Lilly distracted some guards, wander out as if unaware of them and then ran to try and lure them into an ambush?  She's quite good at taunting people into getting mad at her?   Or do you want something more of a surprise?  It doesn't sound like we have a big chance of sneaking up on them, or am I reading it wrong?

I'm in agreement with Keeper, the best plan of action might be for us to all target the same goblin with ranged attacks to take it out in one fell swoop. Sleeps and similar spells are more effective, but I also don't want to waste spell slots on individual goblins if possible. If there is water nearby Soledad can try to do something with Shape Water. Another thought is minor illusion, Soledad can create visual and auditory simultaneouly. Perhaps an illusory goblin figure in the underbrush that calls up to the nasty in the tree to come down, generals orders

To be clear - the two guards (One in tree and the other in the rocks) are positioned in such a way that they can likely see each other.  It is possible that you could take one out without the other seeing, but it isn't very likely.  

We will just need to select differnt targets. Between us we should be able to take them out. Uthal has a sling or can cast Ice Knife.

I am good either way.  SOmebody post an action on the regular thread and we will go with it
