well
you would be dead by new year with actions like that, IF I was able to update before that. But I guess I won't be able to do so, since the hollidays took people away from the boards.
Therefore there is only an update for Dragon Mistress, which is not that great either. Oh well... some times it's a novel, other times it's just what's needed.
Have a Happy New Year in advance everybody!

expected
I had not anticipated an update, and had not imagined people would find the time to post for the game. But since she posted, and I had the time to update, I figured it wouldn't do any harm.
If everybody had posted for the main group, I would've updated for them too. But no worries I gave you all 2 weeks to reply, so hopefully I'll be able to update on Saturday for you guys as usual.

updates
updates are in.
Let me remind you again that in the main group, only Malius has a horse. The rest does not, but since you've arrived in a city, this might be the time to buy one. You go a lot faster on horseback.

Questions
Almerin-- you were right--I sent the Q/A then went to reread the last free pages of posts. Elessarae did not pass a village.
When I edited my post I took that into account.
Next, being that it is dark when Elessarae gets to the town, is Comrade still glowing? Or was it just that his coat shimmers with moonlight reflected for it?

moonlight
yep, that was the moonlight reflecting on his skin. Now it glows very faintly, since there is hardly any opening to the sky through the thick trees.
Yes, Jozan, you rocked!

about that
about players speaking different languages:
Yes, it enhances the flavour of the campaign, but can also be quite annoying if people start doing it too much. I remember being in a game run by Olan where different people had 4 different languages going on, speaking half the time in a language others didn't understand. It was no fun, not for the players, not for the DM.
Also: if it's so much trouble that it takes you a week, then perhaps you shouldn't bother and just write that Malius says something in Sylvari, and send the translation to the players like you would now
Unless you WANT to type it out all the way, in which case you can do as you please, as long as your post comes in time. I don't want to spend too much time in this city.

OK No Prob
No my greeting and questions to the guards will not be a major part of my post.
What I meant about posting by Friday was that at the moment I have some RL Appts to take care of and other games to post in other then Chakran. I just wanted to let you know that I WOULD be posting this week before Sat Morn .
No my post will cover from start to end all my actions in the town and on that note per my character sheet I do not know how much money I actually have to spend as you never told me when you created the character as a 3rd Edition one.
Sorry for the misunderstanding my friend

Geim
Can Geim buy a war horse or more likely a war pony (large pony/small horse)
I did not realize we were traveling on foot. we cannot make much distance each day that way. Best estimate with two dwaves in te group is 3 miles per hour of constant travel on relatively flat ground. uphile or downheil, heavy vegetation or rocky ground would be even less MPH.

well
I take some liberties with the distance. Our goal after all is the Chakran Mountains, and so far we haven't even reached those. So every now and then I make you guys cross a little more land than you should.
But yes, you can buy a horse. Good idea, actually
