Well...

It was nice playing with all of you.

Somehow I get the feeling we just created an 'All You Can Eat Zombie Buffet'

nom nom nom

OHHH! Maybe I'll get to write up an awesome death scene! It's been awhile since I've tried to write anything overly gruesome... too long really. Been trodding through 'The Dark Half' recently too so I should have some good inspiration!

Parking lot?

A few blocks from Wrigleys? Small town boy is funny...

I'll leave this up to the DM of course, but I'd imagine there isn't a parking lot... and even if there was it would probably be back behind the store... you have fun looking back there.

shockingly

There is a parking lot in front of the Grocery store (check Google street view if ya don't believe me). Sadly, no motorcycle.

Oh, there's a parking lot...

right out front... Amber will likely be running right across it...I looked before I asked.

I was pretty certain they didn't have parking lots in Chicago.

heh

In lots of places, they don't - they'll happily charge you $35 to park. But neighborhood stores like this tend to have small lots that they RELIGIOUSLY police.

Say, if you parked at Treasure Island and walked to Wrigley, they would darn sure notice - you'd come back to a booted car, if it hadn't been towed already.

Psh...

...if you parked at Treasure Island and walked to Wrigley, apparently, you'd be zombie-chow.

go ahead, make my day!

Yeah Eol, have Murph blow that mullet off the top of my head!

I just don't think Father Ted would be too extremely happy with you once you did.

Guys, I am not purposely going to try to kill you all... but man, you're maing it tough on me.

I've already beaten up Tiamat enough times for his dramatic loss of consciousness, no need to rehash that one.

But I have to say, there were a couple of other tactical errors, here.

1. Bringing the unconscious guy to a situation that screamed "danger". I know, you guys HAD to have food. I know, I am the evil GM who put zombies in the grocery store, but the original plan of "wounded in a safe place, send one or two armed and capable people" might have worked better.

Heh, at least for Mac.

2. "We in a scary place? Let's split up!"

Really?

Do none of you watch horror movies?

A scout, maybe. A split party... eegh.

Then again, I *am* the evil GM, and hindsight is 20/20, etc, etc.
