Druids............

I didn't see anything in a quick look at the PBH that would prevent Tohmas from using a blade weapon. Could he use an axe sseeing that he would have been trained as a youth to use a tomahawk?

From the C&C rulebook I have...

"A druid may use weapons crafted from nature’s raw materials, such as wood, leather, stone and cold-forged metal. Traditionally forged weapons are antithetical to druidism. Some druids prefer to use a weapon identical to that wielded by the deity whom they worship. In war and combat, druids often wield cold-forged pure metal weapons fashioned of beaten iron or copper, but not of beaten steel or bronze.

Likewise, a druid prefers armor crafted from items found in nature, such as leather and wood. They view armors forged by advanced metal-smithing techniques as tainted and impure. These impure items make one dependent upon them and, in consequence, weak."

Shopping List.

Unfortuneately I've been delayed in posting; something has come up that I need to handle today.

Shopping list

5000gp special shop:

Elevn Chain Suit - 1000
Elven Long Sword - 2000
Cure Moderate Wound pot x4 - 2000

I plan to spend part of the 500gp on:

Large Stell Shield - 20gp

The rest of which (480gp) will be dealt with in my post regarding Jaufre's sister & family friend.

Hey Ody

Your Shaman can buy the Silver Elf Long Sword and since he can use Bows he can stock up on some Silver Arrows of course, but the Armor he cannot.

So there are the Wands and the Potions to complete the spending of your entire 5000 Gold Coins to purchase!

Now having said that, Amur is in the same boat regarding not being able to purchase any of the Armor as he needs Leather Armor.

I have started working on a Post (not sure if I can get it finished today ???) that resolves that issue for him!

This will also resolve the issue for Tohmas also!

Yes you can use the Hand Axe for your character!

After you read the upcoming Post from me titled 'Interlude the First (Amur)' you will know what to do and where to go to get either a Leather or Hide Armor along with an appropriate Hand Axe (or even a special Tomahawk) with the 500 Gold Coins that you have in your room from what the Stout Hearts have chosen to share with you!

After you also read the Post that I mentioned to Ody previously, you may want to go with him and check out where Amur went and do what Amur did to get his Armor!

I got delayed by a bunch of things yesterday and did not get home until late last night.

Still in the process of writing/typing the post for Amur, but hopefully will have it finished later this evening!

Shaman's Choice.......

Level 2:
Wand of Cure Critical Wounds (25 Charges) /5d8 /3,500 Gold Coins

Potion of Cure Serious Wounds (5 Servings) /3d8 /500 Gold Coins
Potion of Cure Critical Wounds (5 Servings) /5d8 /700 Gold Coins
100 Silver Arrow for Bow / 1 Gold Coin per Silver Arrow

200 gold left, EDIT: Tohmas decided besides care for his parties wounds he should be sure they are fed.

10 of the Wheat Cake with Raisins, Olives and Onions / 1 Gold Coin / Weighs 10 Pounds
19 of the Mixture of Dried Meat and Dried Fruits in Season / 10 Gold Coins / Weighs 10 Pounds

Spells:

LIGHT
Object shines like a torch.

FAERIE FIRE
Outlining light +1 to hit and cancels concealment.
----------------------------

I'll have him take his 500 gold and go to the armorer and see what the old warrior may provide. A better set of leather armor and upgrade his bow and staff. A belt axe / tomahawk might be nice too.

Hey Brundel

Your purchases at the Specialty Shoppe total 5000 Gold Coin and Not the 4500 Gold Coin that your Game Post indicates for your purchases!

Amur Shopping trip

I loved the Gnome named Ody, hmmm wonder where that came from?

Of course Amur will share his tale when he gets back to the others where they are staying, after he dresses out in his new armor. Look at that; a perfect fit!

Great Read Ziklag

It will take me a couple days or longer to write, type and post the 'Interlude', but you won't be disappointed in the outcome!
