Sounds like a plan

Lets hunt some Gobbers

I'm sure Alacrity wouldn't do anything sneaky to us . . .

Problem? I don't see no stinkin' problem!

Goblins? But these are Gobbers. Much different. I have it on authority from a GM I know.

Plus these gobbers can't shoot you in the back, they don't have bows. Well, the ones we have seen don't have bows.

However!

Don't forget there are 12 of them and if they had bows and each one shot at you while your back was to them it would actually be 24 times in the back. Sooooo

Nah, they are not that good of shots, only 23 arrows would hit you.

Only Girl Gobbers...........

Only the girl gobbers would shot Dudley in the back.
And then only the cute ones.

What's this issue with keeping spell slingers??????

The way things are going we might need to play mulitple characters.

Gobbers, mages and ambushes, oh my!

Hopefully a Mage is found quickly.

With gobbers coming up behind I would think we shift back to the wagons and let them think theyhave trapped us. Coming through the bushes is perfect for entangle, depending on how spread out they are. Which side will the spell be cast on? Bou would be inclined to use the wagons for a little cover and sling stones towards the unentangled from there.

Not from behind

They are coming up in front of you but slowly and spread out instead of the straight charge your plan was expecting

here is a crudely drawn map on a postit note

Roger

Which way is the wind blowing. Towards us or away?

What type of trees are the Goobers moving threw?

What's the weather like right now and has been the last few days? Dry, wet, muggy?

Can we hear/see them or only the hidden party members can?

Is there a way I can signal the hidden party members or they me?

Yes Kiki is with Crow on the road with the caravan behind us as you had the only other long bow.

Which way is the wind blowing. Towards us or away? no wind
What type of trees are the Goobers moving threw? You are kidding me right?
What's the weather like right now and has been the last few days? Dry, wet, muggy? really???? Dry for last three days.
Can we hear/see them or only the hidden party members can? They suck at covert. You all see them
Is there a way I can signal the hidden party members or they me? Sure. Call each other. Jump up and down. If you mean covertly then you should have thought of that before setting the trap.
