Kate shakes her head; she missed a couple key components she had discovered in her analysis. On her calendar, Kate adjusts the date to be in two weeks; 13 days to get the required repairs and investigation, and 1 day extra just in case it is needed.

Lelain frowned as she looked at the new calendar that K8 threw up for her.
“So long… hmmm… Well while your rooting around in there and find a slave circuit, let me know what you find. I got fired over trying to ask questions about it.” She looked back at the ship for a moment, then rolled her eyes back to the droid. “So do you need anything? I can’t stick around here, and maybe I can get something lined up for when this bird is ready to fly again, besides I could use some new clothes too. I’m gonna head into town.”

She waits to see if K8 has any requests, if she does she promises to pick them up for her.

Once done with K8 she went to see if there was a cloak somewhere in the hanger. If she finds it she will don it and pull up the hood over her head, not only to keep her fragile skin protected from the hot blazes of the sun on this planet but also to try and hide her features incase they were already looking for her. Once attired she heads out of the hanger, putting her phaser on stun and tucking it into a jumpsuit pocket. She heads toward town slowly.

Kate's dome seems to brighten, almost like a twinkling of her eyes if she had biological ones, when Lelain asks if she wanted anything. Almost immediately, the holographic calendar is replaced with what looks almost like an archaic notepad with a pencil scribbling on it.

The list continues with other outrageous things, until suddenly the pad is wiped clean and the pencil writes 'Just Kidding!'. Then it writes out one line.

Quilia knew her place. She was a gunner, not a money-maker. It would be crazy for her to go looking for work. She'd attract a good bit of attention as a merc.

Still, she was decent at repairs and could be used around here. She dug around, surely this hovel had a working terminal. She hopped on the net and invited Lelain to help.

"This is gonna be the easiest place to find work. I can either stay and help speed up repairs, or head out with you for work. You make the call."

If possible her eyes widened at the long list K8 started to spew out. When she saw the list suddenly dissapear and 'just kidding' pop up on the projection she couldn't help but let a smile pull at the corner of her lips.

"A med kit, that I can do. You know if we fail at all of this maybe you can support us doing comedy in some bar..."

She then turned her attention to Quilla. After she was done speaking Lelain stood there a moment, thinking. It was up to -her- what Quilla did? Since when was she voted captian? The other woman never ceased to confuse her, back at KTI she was adamant that the guards would be fired and that they should do something to prevent it, taking them hostage, but then right before they left she blew the place into smitherines. Now she was leaving the decisions up to Lelain. Alright...

"How about you come with me. Kate has got things pretty much under control here, and since it looks like this is going to take a few days we have time. Won't be gone long, just gonna go check things out for now, grab a few things, the med kit, maybe some food, and if we stumble into work, great, if not we'll come back and help out with the ship for awhile. Sound good?"

It was a long talk for Lelain and she looked at Quilla only a moment before heading toward the hanger doors.
