Well almost every class has a sneak attack esque ability, i can see the potential for a lot of damage being put out with this group.

My apologizes.
Got side tracked with Canada Day festivities. Just need to adjust a few things. Finalize equipment, appearance, and backstory. Will get it to you very soon!

Did you see them?
Did you see Prince what's his face and who-ever her name is?
I realy should know them, I mean after all they are in my royal family
I hear that the Princes' french wasn't too good.
And yes, this should be a fun game with lots of damage being dished out.

Nope, too far
I live in the Maritimes, and I'm fairly certain they would have been closer to the capital for the festivities.
They are supposed to be in PEI tomorrow, so they'll be closer but I still wont see them.
Oh and it is Prince Will and Kate.
------------------------------------------------
Back to the game. Everything should be great, looking forward to playing. The Swashbuckler is done and has been sent to Jozan

Awesome
Super, I can't wait for this game to get underway.
Just something to mention though, who of us are carrying a medium load?
I've found that in order to carry the basics my character needs (bedroll and tent ect) he needs to carry a medium loaf, he does however have some gold left over so would it be worth getting a mule and pack saddle to carry out excess gear, or perhaps we should ripe in some poor NPC to act as a porter?
EDIT: This is a concern of mine as many of our special abilities will not function if we are carrying a medium or heavy load.

Oh, since i'm posting from work i'll. be brief, but DO NOT count the weight of the clothing you are wearing towards your pack ( this might affect some of your pack weights and bring you down to light) the rules say that clothing you wear does not count, just if you didn't realize.

Saw that. Did the math. And just got by...
Counting my clothes (5lb traveler's outfit) I was just under medium load but without a bedroll.
Since you are saying not to count the clothes toward the carrying capacity... drop me 1sp and add a 5lb bedroll please Jozan.
Edit: Loki, I too have left over gold and the packmule idea came to mind... aha. We'll have to see how the adventure starts and where we are going before we decide on that.
Edit2: Yeah, I'm just lucky Rapiers are nice and light. I'm not willing to give up my armour for carrying capacity though. With our hp's we need all the ac possible.

loads
Well my character's problem the studded leather armour he has on but I am, at the moment, unwilling to sacrifice that. I'd idealy like for Valandril to keep hold of all the items in his backpack and that he has equipped, but I get the feeling that very soon into the start of the game I will either end up buying a mule with someone or just ditching a lot of equipment...
EDIT: Or I can hope that we find a few Heward's Handy Haversacks early on in the game.
EDIT2: Or I could ditch my longsword, trail rations and one-man tent. If that is not allowed right now (because I have already fiddled with my character a few times) then I'll attempt to sell them in game.
Or I could ditch my trail rations and one-man tent if I swap my Studded Leather Armour for Leather Armour. If that is not allowed right now (because I have already fiddled with my character a few times) then I'll attempt to sell them in game.
EDIT3: Gear changes made, I'm a bit short on some supplies but at least I'm carrying a light load.

anyone can edit their character sheet as many times as they'd like, just as long as the game hasn't started yet. Also, we're just waiting on NInja character from Chessic and we can start, here's hoping for a great adventure!

Loads
Hey, I too have a medium load, so could you shred my bullets for my sling down to 40 then i am light yay! So the pack mule for me is an encumberance as I believe our greatest strength is stealth and skill not a lumbering pack mule.

well... yeah
essentially we run on pure speed and maneuvers
(Tumble. Lots of tumble)
A packmule would only be useful for leaving with loot so we can defend ourselves at our best abilities. ... but again it also depend on where we are going. mules can easily become a liability as well

true
Swiftness and maneuverability, and to that end I belive I may have found a solution to the problem presented by heavy rations.
Trail Bar (1 gp): This tough, 4-inch-long bar of vegetable
matter provides the equivalent of one day’s worth of
food. A creature that has consumed a bar (which takes
about 10 minutes) receives all the nutritional and
stomach-filling value of a full day’s food—if none of the
flavor. However, consuming a second trail bar before
24 hours have passed sickens the creature for 1 hour.
Rangers and bounty hunters carry trail bars only if going
into the wilds for long periods of time, and even then
only reluctantly.
I've quite some gold left over so I might get myself a good number of these seeing as they don't seem to weigh anything.
Jozan, would you be good enough to remove a large sum of gold from my character and deposite 20 trail bars in my characters equipment? Could I grab 5 clear water tablets as well for 1 gold each.
EDIT: I'm quite sure that part of the "stomach-filling value" of these bars is that they taste so bad you wouldn't want to eat more then one a day!

Hmm... Some more adjustments
Jozan if you would please alter the following:
Remove the bedroll, again (+1sp, -5lb).
Add 50ft silk rope (-10gp, +5lb)
Add A Boot Blade (complete scoundrel) (-4gp. +1/2lb)
Remove Dagger (+2gp, -1lb)
...that should do it.
