It's impossible to stealthily move away if your opponent is watching you, but if they become distracted and take their eyes off you have a chance to hide. So, Uryuu if your assailant doesn't look away or get distracted, you won't be able to sneak away.

I can be a distraction!

Well, it seems he should have plenty to distract him. He does have two others attacking him right now. (Me and the elf) SOo..*shrugs* I guess we'll see what the dice decide...

well

Speaking probablisticaly, looking at our attack bonuses and damage, the dude doesn't have a cat's hope in hell... which is good news for cats if he does survive

EDIT: *Loki grovels at Jozan's feat* Please don't make it good news for the cats oh mighty DM.

hum...

Could you please, if not for every one and just me, how the elf bandit died? Thanks.

EDIT: No worries, I was struck by the blunt pointy mace of stupidity. Sharp blunt things hurt dispite being.... I can't remember the exact word but I'm sure you know it

The Night Watch

Yes, it's a Terry Pratchett book!

For the watch we need to work this out. I think watches of two hours long, but one hour long is doable. Val only needs to sleep for 4 hours as well so that can reduce the need for people to watch.

EDIT: Should have said this before, I thought it was obvous, this is for after we have tracked down the bandits and rescued the family. I know it's getting ahead of ourselves but it's about the only thing we have left to think about and it'll be better to work it out between us all here rather then numerous IC post... never mind.

O.o

What's the deal with watches? They don't need to set up watches, they need to go rescue the family immediately. Every second they waste could mean the death of any one of them, or worse for the woman.

Middleground

There is nothing wrong with wanting to establish watches, but there is a time and place. As seen in the game, Leanderia and Basyl are planning to go fight bandits.

If anything my only thought about camp right now is my stuff is fine up the tree, lets go. Return here later to get our supplies. Heck, throw your supplies up the tree with mine. We have adventuring to do.

Render

I know, Val is going to go after the bandits, even if he hasn't said so yet, but talk on chat turned to this subject when I was talking to T_O so I though no harm in trying to work it out here. Oh well.

*****

If I were a certain Napoleonic cartoonist I might do a cartoon of our Render, with Valandril saying to Render "I cannot but conclude you to be one of the most pernicious little odious reptiles that nature ever suffered to crawl upon the surface of the Earth"

Early Update???

I vote that since everyone has posted, more than once, since the last DM update, that Jozan do a DM update ahead of schedule.
