Any chance, either from Lady Dark or the players, of posting up the Ability Scores and Skill/Tool Proficiencies of the characters? I'm interested in seeing the overlapping places and the gaps.
I'll finish mine today... still undecided.
Peace,
Ayrn

Good to Go!
Alright, peeps! Head on over whenever you like to post your characters into the Q&A!
Originaly, I had said I was looking for 4, but I am good with 5, since I am pretty sure Chess wants to play?
So we have Nomad, Impulse, Ayrn, Eol, and possibly Chess?

Sorry, not completing tonight. Still undecided.
I have a female half-orc barbarian gladiator who fights with a glaive. Here's the image I have in mind. Lady Dark, are there gladiator pits in any of the three large cities?
I also have a female lightfoot halfling monk who fights with a spear. I imagine her to be from the city out in the desert and part of a wandering troupe of circus monks. Does that work, Lady Dark?
I have this image in mind for her. Or if a travelling monk circus doesn't work so well. I have the same halfling as an urchin from Watertown, with this image in mind.
I'll finish up tomorrow.
Editted last image's tag... points to the right place now.

Answers!
There's an arena in Port Sacrifice that's used for training by the city soldiers. Once a week, they host Amateur Night, where civilians are encouraged to fight against the best and boldest of the soldiers. There's also the Weekly Invitational, where select civilians are invited to try The Ladder - a civilian starts with a single enemy combatant and, if successful, moves on to a second tougher one. When all single opponents have been defeated, they move on to 1v2, 1v3, 1v4, etc. Nobody has ever made it past 1v5.
There's a fighting pit in Watertown owned and operated by a group of contract mercenaries/bounty hunters that's open to the public and used to recruit the best. The pit is usually running three days a week.
There's an arena in Ahl-Jhian, shared by several groups, that is open 6 days a week. (They need a day for scubbing out the blood and sweeping out the loose teeth) and is, for the most part, open to anyone. THere are some restrictions, based on whhat group has the arena that day.
In general, life in Khadask is harsh and often brutal and depressing, and there are two travelling circuses. They end up trading performers and helping each other out with info on where best to stay, what to look out for, ideas for adding stops, etc. They work well together, and the people are always glad to see them roll into town. They definitely have monks.
Hope the info is of use! I'd be happy to see any of those characters!

Monks are cool...
...haven't truly seen one of those in a game in a loooong time! That said, I love the look of the half-orc! I'm sure that whatever you bring, Ayrn, it'll be awesome!
As I've already said, this is shaping up to be quite the interesting party!
Soooo.... Chess... are you out there? What are you thinking of bringing? Enquiring minds wanna know!

funny story
my husband was playing a gnome monk, and since he was so short his favorite go-to attack was nut-punching all the bad guys!

Pic of Astryliene...
...added to the first page of the Q&A thread.
Forgive the slightly skewewd aspect... drew her on a piece of paper that was slightly larger than my scanner could accomidate and, as such, had to improvise.
Additional notes: Originally, I had started this pic based on a statue that Lady Dark described to me... being as he grew up in the temple (and is also a Blade of Astryliene) he'd know this statue very well. However, after discussing The Living Storm's descritpion with Lady D, I decided to go this route.... Looks a bit like Scarlet Johansen, doesn't she?
Picture of the Temple of Astryliene at Watertown coming soon.

Just glancing at the character sheets, I noticed that you have a lot of skill proficiencies Eol.
how did you grab that? As far as I know, Fighter gets to pick 2, Background gives you 2 and then your race might give you one more.
I'll be posting my char sheet tonight btw, Gonna shameless rip Eols formatting

Skills
To be honest, I used a generator (point buy for ability scores) since this was my first time rolling up a 5e character. So, basically, I just posted what the thing spit back at me.
The skills I picked and/or came with background were Acrobatics, Athletics, Arcana, and History... the remaining items, I suppose, are due to race and/or stat bonuses.
Edit: Insight, apparently comes from being a High Elf, and religion comes from the acolyte background as "granted" skills.. or some such blah-biddy-blah.
Aaaand, rip away, my friend!
