Alrighty
First off, Valimar, I like your character concept. I read the backstory you PMed me and I loved it. Very detailed and very good. So far I can't see anything wrong with your character's class. There are few things I'd like you to consider.
1) I specifically asked that your characters had served together in the Last War in a special operation group, specially during the last years of the war. It makes things simpler to get the group together and much of the plot assumes you all worked together.
2) Valimar, you start with 5,400 gp. Giant Wasp poison costs 210 gp per dose. For those 20 ebony darts coated in that poison, that makes 4,200 gp for the poison. That doesn't leave much left. I didn't bother calculating everything to be certain, but I want to make sure that you don't expect to get things for free because they were free in your story.
Other than that, I'd like you to send me information about that custom class of yours. When I say information I mean class features, class skills, attack bonus, save bonus, any bonus. I'm not going to allow a class I nothing about. From the look of the backstory it looked like a prestige class and most prestige classes require more than one level of something else.

The concept
Firstly, sorry if anything is not matching..I actually found all these stats, (and the backstory) perfectly fitting, from the game I had entered him in before that was in Eberron...so if money is too much or something, thats because i didnt think to change it and it was accepted in teh other game.
However, his class concept...is simple. I looked at his lifestyle, and decided what skills and feats he would learn for such a lifestyle. I think you are correct, in that he is based on Warrior, rogue, with the assassin spell list. Except I strongly limited and cut out abilities from every class. For example, Instead of getting a bonus feat every three levels, Draven gets one every 4 or 5 (have to look that up). The spell list he can choose from is VERY VERY limited compared to that of an assassin, and he is missing some very key Rogue abilities (Uncanny dodge and sneak attack for example). Tried and true, this has proven to be very fair, and Draven isn't remotely stacked. The reason the skills are so varied are because of his unique history, but they roll together nicely.....Looking over them though, I may just decide to change him around and turn him conventional....I'm noticing weaknesses that I don't like -_-. But if I don't change it, then we'll just go with this .
As for the poison-I've never heard of it losing it's effects after any period of time, and I know of real life situations in which applicable poisons don't wear off (save perhaps rain or something).....No DM has ever questioned this before. He keeps them on the inside of his coat flap, on either side...but there is a typo. I didn't mean 20. I meant meant 10, and since my money limit is lower in this game then the last, we can have them be typical daggers.
Bahhhhh...this was written long ago. I may change it around also....Im thinking of sacrificing poison darts for...you know...better armor....Since I dont remember even using them in any of my games. We shall see!!!
And as for serving with them in the last war-
Can Draven have not served with them DURING the war...but has worked with them as a mercenary (in their current mercenary group) since the war? That way they are familiar with him, as a work partner, and a fellow mercenary, but not necessarily a war buddy (as we know he was a bit different during the war).

I have a thought.. and am suggesting it to the others right now...
Nel's not necessarily the bossy leader type, but she's definately taking the Leadership feat at level 6 to directly influence her strong personality and ability to lead. Since we're a 'special group' that has been formed. May i suggest that perhaps it is 'under' Nel for in game legal purposes, a private branch of the House Deneith Defenders having gone abroad? Her Status and such would have helped, but her individuality and strong headedness would have made her much more candid in her companion selection than say some noble of beurocrat. Plus her contacts spread farther than the law, allowing for more distinct members.. like Draven to have been picked upalong the way.
Now by Leader, don't get to thinking I'm taking any control here, it's merely political, and Nel is apolitical and social based characters.. Nel's conditions are simple. Live and Die for the group, the 'family', as they are all that you can trust. Everyone gets equal shares of loot and treasure, and helps each other to the best of their ability. (This also helps OOC keeping conflict to a minimal one would hope) Nel's more than willing (should thisgroup be formed assuch) to allocate personal wealth and such into sublimating the needs of the group. She's a grudge against her father, and would do well to disgrace him by matching him in station or surpassing him some day. Having an elite group and fame / reputation (ie leadership feat) would do that in her eyes.
Figured we could be named something snazzy like the Crimson Blades. any thoughts?

Things to say...
Valimar, I can't really say that the class you made is broken until I see more details about the class. It may sound all nice, but if we are talking about a rather long term game, I would like to see the long term effects.
I would also prefer that your character worked with them during the war because I want you to know the rest of the group who split from it after the war. Gives your character a drive and all. I can't really explain why without giving up the plot, so I'd prefer that this wouldn't be questioned much. You could of course have worked unofficially for the army, like if the group had hired you instead of the military.
I agree with the poison bit. I see no reason why they should wear off under normal situation (unless applied to target of course). If you only have 10 darts, that's a whole other issue. That's half your money back. I was just wondering how much you spent since 4,200 is a whole lot and a big portion of your money limit. Plus, the darts are ebony and the blade is onyx. I'd like to know if you had assumed ebony and onyx had any special qualities and how much it would cost. Personally, I always assume that any weapon made from any exotic material (anything else than steel, bronze or brass) is required to be masterwork (and that costs extra, as we all know). The runes on the Soulscythe (cool name by the way) seem magical to me, so I naturally assume that the blade is at least masterwork.
Kaelyn, your idea is interesting. I had put thought into who had been the leader and at first thought of Landiir but later thought that it didn't really fit. The thing about your character is that according to your backstory the House Deneith wouldn't have pointed you as the group leader right away. Of course, they know little if anything about your past alliances, but since you only just made your way into their ranks I would assume that they would have pointed someone more experienced to the role of leadership. At least to begin with. Assuming that person got killed during an important mission (which they generally all were) Nel could have taken the reins and lead the group to victory. After that, she could have been trusted with the role of leader.
Just a thought. Even with your contacts at House Deneith, your father has greater contacts and he generally does not like you.

Nice
Looking good Tri. Here's a thought though. It would really help if you finished the skills, adding in the ability modifiers. And where did that +6 damage come from? Other than that, I see nothing wrong with this.
Oh, never mind. Looked up Weapon Specialization. That's where the extra 2 came from

explination
I just have a habit of only putting in ranks in case conditions (like a change in armour or somesuch) modify my skill check bonuses and/or penalties, if you want me to go ahead and finish them anyways, I'll do that.
as for the +6 to damage, +4 from strength and +2 from weapon spec.

OK
It's OK, I'll just add them in for the Q/A thread. I just don't want to calculate them every single time you know.

To finish it up
Here's the promised description page, if I need to change anything let me know.
This is the stuff known to the group as a whole.
Description:
5'10" and 145lb of muscle, you can tell Adysine is not one to pick a fight with at first glance, she stands with the easy stance of an experienced soldier, as if expecting a fight to brew at any time. She cuts her hair, which oddly enough is mottled in every shade of brown, at shoulder length and does nothing to contain it, so more often than not her stone-grey eyes stare at you through it.
She rarely smiles, instead always having a slight scowl on her face, her way of telling people to keep their distance from her. The scar on her face starts just underneath her right eye and curves down to the middle of her left cheek, a sword wound she recieved sometime before she started fighting in the war, when and where she does not tell.
Personality:
Cold, distant, quiet, Adysine is not a social person, preferring to stay back and let others do the talking. She is for the most part calm as can be even in the worst of situations, but is quick to take offence to insults to either her or her friend Nel d'Deneith.
Background:
Adysine rarely talks about herself, thus her past is little known, what she has told is that she didn't have an easy life growing up, and had entered the military in Karrnath as early as she could. From there she started doing the odd job for House Deneith and ended up meeting the young Nel and the two became quick friends.
In the special Operations Group, Adysine pulled her weight by being the muscle, carrying injured comrades to safety, fighting with her dual shortswords, everything she could to keep her place despite her lack of any skills such as stealth or diplomacy.

I've said it before but will say it again...
Everything looks good. The description is good enough, although I would like you to send me a more detailed backstory if you have one. Basically, I love introducing some twist that involves the characters' past.

Sending more detailed background via PM, as for the rest, thanks, I'm horrible at describing things, hence the photo.
