Indended Action
Hoping that most of the Goblin's and orc's leave the area so we can get the captive out.
Interesting side post. Hmmmmmmm gets one thinking.

Kaelyn told me that we won't be able to take the bridge down easily, so Aelistae's plan isn't so good.
Time for Plan C!

Howdy folks. Glad to be a part of this! I've resurrected my favourite character for the sake of my best friend here, so I'm looking forward to getting to game with you all.

You have given us a new standard to aspire to ^-^
Welcome to the game, I'm sure this will be very entertaining (says the Chaotic bard with shifty eyes)

Haha
That's flattering, but no such standard exists. I'm new here again, after a long, long absence. I'm starting from the ground-up all over again
...unless, of course, you mean the standard of Helm which Atharam carries into battle? In that case, aspire all you wish!

well
I've updated for Groups 2 and 3, but until I have a definative plan from Group 1 I can't update until Monday (when I take DM measure's to keep the game moving.)
If I can answer any relavent questions feel free to ask, but communicate amongst each other, and formulate said plan

Dylan
Highest listen modifier or not, it doesn't mean your roll was sufficient to hear the horn, if Dylan had heard it I'd have included him in the Note saying as such.
Even a great listen check isn't 'that' great when one rolls a 2.

Question?
Sorry for the delay. Wow, this game moves fast! I'm liking this ...
Is Atharam working on a patrol or raiding group, or is he taking on one of the camps (if the latter, which one)?
Judging the direction of the horn, Intella may have a suggestion as to direction or splitting into two groups ...

Q's and Ideas
That is an excellent question, Dwibius! *waits for an answer*
((In the meantime, and while waiting....))
Yay on the suggestion of a possible direction, but as far as the splitting up, I doubt that would be a good idea.
I did wonder at the possibility of possibly destroying the bridge leading from the keep though, that would kinda put us back at one bridge and only one side for them to attack us on, which was Aelistae's origional idea to begin with, which I thought was good 'till I remembered about that other bridge....Plus, that would require the enemy to go all the way around, and not just out of the keep, over the bridge, and right at us.
Does that make sense? And would that even be something they could get done before the hordes are upon them?

I changed Aelistae's plan because I heard from Chris that it would be really tough to destroy the bridge. The other thing mitigating against that idea now is the horn, which probably is going to result in all the gobbos heading towards Atharam.
Finally Aelistae is actually pretty nifty in melee combat...just thought I'd point it out.

Speed of game.
You can thank my attention deficit hyper activity disorder, clinical insomnia, and an hour long lunch break all by my lonesome at three am trying not to be bored for my end of things lol. Oh and our knightly friend is taking on the lower right camp by its lonesome on the map on page fifty. As i mentioned earlier to a player. Reaching that camp either means crossing through the combined mustering of camps, right in front of the keep, or finding a way over the river.
