hehe

well, you're still doing great. The orc/elf is in as bad a shape as you are.

I will update after the holidays (probably after the 6th of January). I don't have the time to update now or later this evening, and I'm leaving tomorrow morning. I'm sorry to leave you all at this point, but we'll pick up the pace once I'm back.
For now: have a Wonderful Holiday and a Great Newyear!

delay

I'll be able to update for the game tomorrow. With the site being shut down the last days that's the best I can do for you all.

I hope we can speed things up again

next phase

Alright everybody, we're getting close to the next phase of this adventure. I hope you will all be able to post quickly. I do aim for an update next weekend (not coming weekend, because I cannot possibly ask from you all to post so soon).

to Greenleaf: I never got a post in from you regarding your reaction to the librarian (see my last update). If you post, then I will make a seperate update for you too.

updates

What about updates for the poor burnt and frozen elf? So I can get to where the other are. I would not want them to wait weeks before the adventure starts

never fear

your DM has his ideas about Elessarae joining the party. She will not attend the meeting at Guland's residence, that's all I'm revealing right now.
Both you and the party have plenty to do still, I suppose. Your test isn't over, but won't be long, their preparation and meeting should not take too long either. If everything goes right, you will join in time.

DM Devilish & Maniacal

Oh, so I was right to keep my sword at ready and face off my judges with an fiery stare.

Gee Thanks, I have a feeling you are having entirely to much fun harrassing my poor elf.

I think her first words will be, "I'm sorry, but I don't seem to be properly attired for this gathering."

fun

too much fun? hehe... maybe. But you want her to be a member of an elite force that works with and for the best. You didn't think that joining would be a matter of a little song and some bow-hunting?

but seriously, this test will really prepare you for what's coming.

If I have time I will update for Greenleaf and Dragon M. tomorrow (saturday).

Posted, but not for Meeeeee

BOO HOO HOO HOO.

When I saw a post oto the game thread my heart leaped with joy. But it was short lived as it was only for Greenhleaf.

Plunging into a decline for lack of posts--in all my games.

reply

Ok, I'm a cheater, I posted before it was my turn really. But you will all have to deal with it. There's still plenty of time to reply to the -what to do in Khordal- thing. Tell me what you want to do there, or what KIND of thing, and I'll tell you where and how. Also, you can reply to eachother and make deals on where to go, where to meet etc.

hope to see you all post soon

your DM

Draven

Draven will go to the tavern that the guard so kindly recommended to him. ANd he will stay there, in his room or drinking and eevesdropping. He has no intentions of being near any of the party.

hehe

Valimar! Draven is such a Damien (Noldaria inside joke).

You'll be in for something good in that inn, I promise. I might even postpone the Big Meeting to give all of you a better tour around Khordal -as I see it.

For Greenleaf and Dragon M, you'll both have plenty to do before joining the party.

That Post was Hard

Boy did I angonize over that post. I had to work in all that went before and all that I thought she would be capable of doing as a result of her injuries. Then I had to weave in Bladesinger style.

I spent most of the day just putting down a skeleton of the post and then spent the rest of the time thinking through it from her point of view. I lost 3 hours of sleep, for as I cogitaed on the post I would come up with some perfect wording or something that needed to be included and then I knew I had to write it down.

post

But it sure was worth all the trouble, Dragon M. That was a really great post!
I can't wait with replying to it, but I will, otherwise your storyline will be done before the others, and the whole scheme will mess up.

again, thanks for the effort!

Schemes

Yes, it does seem that you like a good scheme. I have been really enjoying how you write to draw out the charater. As with me.

As a DM I like it when I get a strong post from a character because it makes it much easier to create a story post nd create sidelines and develop the plot.
