I didn't get the battle-map. But it doesn't matter really. I'm assuming Ara can't move easily to another place of cover, so she'll just open fire on the 'allied' thugs.

Sorry Ginafae and Geraint. I've had a major family emergency -- my wife has the flu.

While this is a bit of an annoyance in some homes, when you have five young kids this becomes a big deal.

Anyway, I've been busy with RL work, feeding hungry mouths, nursing my wife back to health, and trying to keep up with the laundry (with moderate success).

Sorry for no post from me. I'll keep you updated as to my status.

So, I'm still here and (at least for now) not hugging a toilet.

I'm gradually getting a post together that will likely end our combat scene here... not sure of the outcome yet though.

However, while my wife is nearly nursed back to health, my kids are now cycling through this wretched illness. And as I said above... I have 5... let me tell you the good times of flu season in our home!

Anyway, I'm looking to get us back on track on Wednesday. Sorry for the delays, and thanks for your patience.

Alright, Ginafae and Geraint, the post is up, but here is some additional OOC info:

1) Skari-dono is no longer able to play due to RL circumstances. Mars has been remived from play.

2) I have asked two new players to join in, we'll see hopefully by Sunday if they accept. One will be playing a medically trained character that will come in and help you heal up.

3) Having completed this combat scene and as a reward for your continued patience and loyalty to this game,consider yourselves leveled up. Your characters are now 3rd level. Please PM me (or post here) your feat and talent selections for 3rd level. I will update your characters hit points, skills, defenses, etc... Thanks for your continued interest in this game!!

4) You are free to post your reactions to the combat scene. I also hope to post some more for Switch, who has just become very friendly to Ara and Ithiria for saving his "life".

Thank you very much Ginafae, I hope I have more sucess in this game then the other SW games.

Feels like a whole new world in front of us with fresh blood and all.

Anyway, here's the 411 for new and old a like:

1) Reralae and Loki are our two new additions. Yay!

Reralae is playing a Cathar Medic trying to get to Alderaan, but being laid-up at Sel Zonn Station due to travel restrictions and prejudices. Switch will be requesting her services shortly to help heal Ara'ala and the Twi'lek bodyguard up. Her character sheet is up on page 1.

Loki will be playing Switch's Twi'lek bodyguard, Hako'ib, who is currently stable but unconscious on the bay floor. Hako'ib, like most Twi'leks, is a product of the prominent slave trade of Ryloth. He's been working for Switch for a number of years. He also suffers from a bit of memory loss due to some previous trauma. His character sheet should be up by this evening.

2) I've updated Geraint's sheet already. Look it over, buddy. I think I got it right.

3) Ginafae, I'm looking for a feat and talent selection from you. Otherwise, I think I've updated your sheet as well.

4) Like I said, Ginafae and Geraint, you are welcome to interact with the combat post if you like. I will be somewhat "railroading" the story by Sunday to bring our two new players onboard. Reralae and Loki, if you could wait until after I post before you start posting, that would be awesome.
