Well do we abandon the Inn and move on to try and find out what is going on? I think we can figure it was the Dread that wiped out the town MV6 had been to before. Are we still headed there? Do we try to find a new Innkeeper or let Seb drink it dry,lol.

once I have something to post. YeOlde,OOC I assume the attack from the creature did ability damage. Is that correct? How much rest does Mendez need, and does he need a Restoration spell cast on him?

Also in checking the Beguiler Spell list, I found that I can cast all spells in the list I have a level for. It's the number of spells per day that I have to deal with. There was no "Spells Known" table, just a "spells per day" table. So there should be no need in changing spells (spontaneous casters do not prepare as wizards do).

Tiamat… yes Mendez is very weak and he is suffering from Constitution Drain … he has lost one point permanently … restoration will restore that lost point however …


Yes you are right… the Beguiler does not need to state which spells he will use that day… he has a limited number he can cast per day … that is all… a reason a lot of people like them I guess…

... not that much time... I managed to get a update in this morning... I was thinking of moving you forward further but circumstance decided that you should stop a little sooner...

So the update is up....

My vote is the gold and gems are return to Tomas along with suitable payment for our supplies, including the price several cups of mead used for medicinal purposes by an Inn visitor who shall remain nameless (cough, Seb, cough).

The payment can just be added to the bag of gold so Tomas won't refuse it. We will take ill gotten gains from the baddies, but Tomas will need that money to restock and hire new help.

Word of good spreads just as fast as word of bad. MV6 may be mercenaries, but we should only take proper treasure. We need people to trust us if we are to be successful.

Now.. if there is anything else your Cs want to do before leaving the Inn... then make sure you state it... but remember... there is no place to buy anything here beyond foodstuffs from the Inn...
