If Willow...
Suggests a wave to the Lullaby Mine then Wyatt will authorize it, and trust Sam to work any magic he can. Anyone else aboard have any grand ideas we cause to twist the Bridgette? I think barring a wave to Lullaby it's time to start planning.

Just to let you know, We lost the internet and phone line this weekend to maurader squirrels (they ate through the main hub). Phone lines should be replaced but Wed morning but knowing Bell I would add a day to that estimate.

Hello
We have phone line again and my night class is over. Yay! Time to myself again.
I will update by the weekend. I have to give time to Vanadia to allow her to post.

We can hear you, now...
...Good...
Looking forward to the updates... been feeling my creativity rushing back, recently, and am eager to exploit it!
That sounded kinda dirty, huh?
Or is that just Sam?

More Plot Please..............
Ok, got Ash all dressed up with nowhere to go. Give me couple of more tidbits to build on, either in story or PM, and I'll send Ash after the shooter.

I've a plan brewing...
But that doesn't mean that Wyatt won't accept input. He's planning on laying the general idea out on the table at dinner. Bowman, and possible Kora and Meteor Sam, being potential flies in the ointment for Bridgette.
1. Get those that aren't known to Bridgette on the dirt with time to reconnoiter the mine and town so the crew knows what they're up against. This includes contacting Ash and bringing him in on the action.
2. Set up the meet with Bridgette at the mine, hopefully with a shooter (or two) in position to back any play that is necessary at the mine.
3. Though I doubt this is possible, maybe even get someone into the mine and in a position to bushwhack Bridgette and her crew once they're inside and we get the ship open.
4. Look that chess piece over with those more technically inclined to see if it can be hacked and a key code revealed.
That's the just of it. I thought I'd lay it out here so we don't necessarily have to play through mealtime as fun as that could be in this medium it could dramatically slow things down.

Some added thoughts and a few questions
OK my first question is who is Meteor Sam as until now I was confused by which Sam you were talking about in relation to Kora. Does Wolf know him or of him?
Also about putting Bowmen down planet side don’t the people who went with us to get their new sheriff know that he took flight with us, what if they happen to mention him in passing. Putting him on planet could be dangerous if the Bitch has any knowledge of him.
Also we need to think about Ash as she knows he is a crewmate she could try to use him or kill him to stop him from helping us. We need to get a message to him and as he does not know Bowmen it would have to be another one of us.
Also as far as getting someone into the Mines that might be a job for me as I worked with them fixing their compressors and I’m sure Bailey, my former employer, could hide me and get me access to the mines themselves.
That also brings up a question or two of my own AL. What was the miner’s general feelings towards Bridgette and the way she treated them? Good, Bad, neutral could we maybe use them against her in some way. Also how did they feel about Wolf, would they be willing to hide him once he was in the mine itself.
Just some thoughts to help get us on our way......

Concerning YeOlde
OK AL just to let you know I have not had a post in Tril from YeOlde in some time myself so looks like RL may have caused him to dissappear from the Inn once more.
I have sent him a few emails asking of him but have not had a reply so far so we may have go on without him.

sure
I got sucked into the oscars last night for some unknown reason. It was so craptastic that I kept watching waiting for it to get better.
Anyway - I hope to be posting tonight. I can NPC YeOlde for a spell.

q's and a's
Meteor Sam is Sam Hawkes. Sam is the co-owner of the Lullabelle Mine which is on a comet and mines "ice" which is methane, hydrogen and other chemicals frozen. Sam Hawkes was a independent soldier who served on the Lucius Newberry, helped load the crates on to it and was left behind when the going got tough. Wolf was not on the Roc during the time they met the crew but he is the reason Kora stayed behind and Wolf got his new job. Now when the crew met him, a fellow named Ernest Ludlow showed up, tried to snatch Sam Hawkes and acted like a cold-blooded bounty hunter. Wyatt shot him in the head which made life not worth living anymore. Wolf knew Ernest from Frisco and his brother Ethan - two real bad asses. Now Ethan was part of the bank robber crew and Wyatt killed him too (I think...can't remember who killed whom). But Ernest was no bounty hunter and Ethan was a slacker who didn't do anything unless someone gave him the idea. Both were "sweet' on Brigit. Draw your own connections.
Wolf doesn't know the mines as you worked topside. Bailey kept you out of the mine to prevent you getting the disease that miner's get. Yes, Bailey could get you into the mine.
The general feeling of the miners was they loved Brigit and all she did. The married woman-folk aren't too keen on her for obvious reasons but she was accepted in general.
The folks of frisco didn't really pay much attention to Wolf as you kept to yourself and didn't make trouble. Miners stick to miners, town-folk stick to town and you were generally on the outside of any group.

Good point
OK, so as I see it Bowman is still our best bet. Chances are Bridgette won't know a thing about him, and if he can get to Ash then we have two inside that we didn't have before.
If Wolf's contact can get him in the mines before Bridgette's crew goes down, and _if_ there aren't any guards placed there then it would be nice to have Wolf in place to help ambush Bridgette.
Then we make a show of landing Roc at the port and entering the city to meet up with Bridgette all simple like just Wyatt, Willow, and Sam while Ma stays with the ship.

Tough weekend.....
We had a scout merit badge lockin this weekend so I was away most of Saturday.
I had hoped to get a post this weekend but only got some research on Chinese from Firefly shows done.
I was able to post to two out three games so it was close.
I hope to get one done Monday night. It will probably be short but at least something.
BTW, Al is that social comment or just a "tip of the hat" on your new avatar?

Down right devious plan, Cap...
...I likes it!
Shouldn't be too much of a problem in getting some feet on the ground at the mine before we make our official touchdown in town, I don't think... not exactly sure the complications in contacting Ash (would we be best off encrypting a wave?... sending a signal of some sort?... hand written note dropped into his lunchbox )
