Jail house rocks.
Umm.. good questions. He may have not gone to the jail house as he didn't arrest anyone and spent a aweful amount of time entertaining the ladies.....
Simple three level building. Jail and admin on first, personal accomodations for sheriff on second and an open unfinished third floor. Ladder goes up to a a "lookout" elevated above roof, with reinforced shelter.
Yes to back door on ground floor.

The plan...
Well then.. It sounds like we have a plan… now to put it into posts in the game… I cant post about Andrew until Ash states his thoughts on where the ambushers might use as vantage points that they might converge upon.
Here is details that I would state here for Andrew… while Ash heads to the Jail as you already mentioned… Andrew will accompany Wolf towards the bank (#19) using stealth past the destroyed Tong temple.. Then once near the bank he will leave Wolf there to do his thing.
Andrew will move around towards Lawrence’s Saloon (#14) again sticking to close to building and the shadows… he will not cross the street as that is inviting someone to shoot at him .. He will take the following route behind the buildings (#20, #21,, #22, very quickly across to #15, to behind #14 the Saloon. Once there he will look for a way up to the roof or a balcony that might give a good perch from which to snipe.
Once Ash posts as to the possible locations of shooters… then I will post for Andrew as to the above.

Think of it this way, you have your opponent who is best at the long shot at close range - and you are best with pistols. Who's nasty now?
How far? Well for the first 6 seconds you have no idea. After that the effects will wear start to off and you will be able to focus. I may even give you another resistance roll.

Well I was wondering, seeing that the kid is a weapons specialist, I'd figure since he recognized that he tripped the wire of the booby trap he'd recognize the sound of the flashbang pin pulling out and know the delay before it detonated, most grenades have some delay. It was very quiet so he'd have heard the mechanisms clicking. Instinct would be to duck and cover, closing eyes and hands over ears. Now there is a force impact from the blast, but he could reduce the sound stun and flash sight reduction, is this reasonable?
I'm trying to gage his reaction time and what his next actions.
Can I play some of my points to reduce the effect? If so how? I've not done that before.

Absolutely!
Weapon specialist or not, you botched your roll. Sorry Dude, but it happens.
However you may use your points to adjust the effect. For 1 plot point I will take it back a round so that 6 seconds delay no longer is effect, you can start from recovery.
