Time clarification from ...
..... the Philippines!
I am currently 14 hours ahead of Chicago time in the USA!
1am Monday morning in Chicago is 3pm Monday afternoon in Cebu!
I have copied and pasted the role plays from Land of Xenophobia and the Q&A comments!
Tuesday is the last time I will be at the internet cafe with my laptop, but I will only probably be able to copy and paste any updates that are posted by you players on Monday!
From these I will begin configuring and writing the next phase of what happens!
Which means I may or may not make any corrections to what I write once I get to the States.
Maybe next week I will find somewhere to plug in my laptop and either check for further comments or post what I have written as of what I have to go by on Monday!

The magic cure
Hammer -
The reason I ask about the dome's magical curing (And I note that you did not say it was no longer wokring!) is that it is possible to cause damage to a wight with a healing spell. Thus, if the dome would normally be healing everyone, it should actually be causing a small amount of damage to the wights every round.
Hey - don't blame the messenger! I'm just looking for any edge I can find!
Enjoy the flight!

Good point ...
..... but for simplicity sake the Dome is not affecting the Wights, so maybe a simple explanation is its healing effect is on pause until the next Wave?
Have a few things to do here at the internet cafe and then I have to go to the house and pack for my trip back to the States!

Simplicity?
I don't like your definition of simplicity!
Personally, I think life would be much simpler if the wights just died from the domes magic!
(An image of a wight after a few turns under the dome - now wasn't that simple!)

Staff
OK, if I am right, ther Staff acts like a Plus weapon, so I will use it the fight the Wights.
Now why would we cross the entire field to attack Wights 2 and 3?

Am I being a burden?
(Bows)
Is my inactivity being troublesome?
Maybe it is best for me to give in, and either wait for the next stage of the Sand Dance or just stop entirely. I am having trouble keeping up.

All Notes Lost on Toasted Laptop
Unfortunately this Adventure has come to a premature close due to the information stored for this game being lost when the AT&T internet plug toasted my laptop in February.
My apologies to All Players!
I plan on starting another C&C Campaign sometime later this year after some new products are released later this summer.
There are plenty of adjustments that I will be making as the Castle Keeper from what I learned during this Adventure and from some things I am currently reading.
Meanwhile, I am ministering in the Philippines [including getting an orphanage started] and only now over here have I been able to get to an internet connection where I can spend time visiting, catching up on things and typing in posts at the Red Dragon Inn.

Hammer returns
Hammer - As I stated in the Oaks Heart thread, welcome back. Bummer about the laptop. I liked where this campaign was headed and had additional storylines mapped out for Ullrich. Bummer. It is a shame this game is lost.
If you do decide to run another one I will be interested. In fact, if this one isn't returning, I may need to try and find another one.

Another Campaign
Hey Nomad
Castles & Crusades has just released an updated Monsters and Treasures book and will be releasing the following over the course of the summer:
1. Updated Players Handbook
2. New Castle Keepers Guide
3. Of Gods and Men [at least I think that is the title]
The last one is filled with deities for all races and what they bequeath to their followers
Gods can become Avatars and walk among the PC characters and wreak some havok
I will need this one before I start another campaign
It will include American Indian deities and other civilizations plus deities for Gnomes, Halflings and all the races available in Castles & Crusades
I am examining some choices for beginning an new Adventure and since a friend of mine gave me a laptop while I was ministering in Albuquerque last month, I will be able to start typing and arranging some scenario notes
Hopefully by the end of September or in October I can get the new adventure underway
More role-play than what Xenophobia began with that really locked the PC players into a "forced" type of play
The new adventure will allow for PC choices affecting the direction of the Adventure moreso than the Castle Keeper herding the players along a pre-chosen path

Of Gods & Monsters
The title of the upcoming book is Of Gods & Monsters
Below is an explanation from the C&C website to whet your appetite regarding possible adventure scenarios!
Mythic epics are the driving force behind fantasy role playing games! Castles & Crusades is no exception. Here for the first time C&C branches out into the ether and brings you OF Gods & Monsters a book we guarantee you’ll want and use. Written by James M. Ward this book stands along side the Monsters & Treasure as a tremendous resource for adventure and fun.
James M. Ward returns to a subject he knows very well and delivering a plethora of information on hosts of gods, godlings, heroes and the magic that drives them. In Of Gods & Monsters Mr. Ward explores over 16 pantheons including Norse, Greek, Roman, American Indian, Aihrdian, Inzaen, demi-human pantheons and more. Beyond a simple recitation of deities, Of Gods & Monsters present playable incarnations of the gods in the guise of their own avatars. The deft and experienced hand of Mr. Ward explores spells, magic items, rituals and more.
Castle Keepers need not struggle with characters encountering all powerful deities, but rather they can use the avatars to spice up and drive adventures of the mythic and the divine. These avatars and designed to be playable version of the gods, but not the gods themselves. Complimented with mythic monsters and holy items Of Gods & Monsters is a must have for any serious CK.
But its not for the CK alone. Players find loads of information from hosts of new cleric and druid spells to rituals of the divine. Clerics, Druids, Paladins, Bards and all the characters benefit from Of Gods & Monsters.
Graced with a beautiful painting by Peter “20 Dollar” Bradley, lined with hordes of pictures of the gods themselves, Of Gods & Monsters is a perfect compliment to the ever growing C&C game system.

C & C
Hammer -
A generic C & C question since I have never actually seen the system. No rush, of course, since there will be some time before you have anything together.
In D&D one of the frustrating things was that the system limited the number of levels non-humans could advance, at least if they weren't thieves/rogues. Does C & C put level limits on most demi-human species? Just curious.

Off the Top of My Head
C&C takes into account a different Experience Point advancement for the various Classes
Also the starting Gold varies from Class to Class
I reserved a Ranger for you tentatively over in the Fortress in the Fog recruitment section
Brianna had replied that she wants to have a Fighter in the Haunted Highlands C&C campaign
I am assuming that Dragon Mistress may want to have a Bard
Check over there for further details
