New Times, Travelled Slowly

Evindar was a great empire. Filled to the brim with marble catsles and fatastic cities, it was perfect. But darkness fell quickly to the land as the king's brother sought power. Families ravaged, homes destroyed. Terror filled the kingdom.

Klin walked slowly through the streets of her village. They lived in trees, so they ahd so far been unaffected. But the beautiful elf maiden feared it would end soon. She entered her home and went to clean ehr face for supper. The water clung to her vibrant skin and she stared. Her air was a golden color and curled around her catlike features. It accented her glowing green eyes. She left the hall and hurried to eat.

Klin sat on the forest floor. She had made up her mind to seek out others that would help her take back their country. She picked up her heavy backpack and hurried off to the nearest city, Ithar.

Ithar

This city was crumbling slowly. Klin hurried through the streets and into a large tavern. She ahd made no secrets to her intentions, telling all who would listen of her quest. Now she would wait. "Ale." She told the youg barmaid. The girl had to be no more than 16, human, and had wild flame colored hair swirling around her. She hurried off and Klin leaned back. Now, she would await any who came.
