Okay. So lately I've been experimenting, bumming around, ect, with the crazy new meduim of film. Nothing too complex (just a couple of digital cameras and Windows Movie Maker), but it keeps me busy. Anyway, a few people have commented that these aren't entirely bad. So I figured I'd open it up to a more critical audience here and see how I stack up against the layman. Remember, don't be afraid to be critical. This is the internets, after all.
This first one was taken when I was in the Scottish Highlands. Nothing special. This is the first time I'd tried this, so its not really too sophisticated in terms of anything, really.
The next one was done just in and around the town I'm currently living in. Pretty much the same as the first in terms of complexity, but I was also comparing the resolutions between the two cameras I was using. Also kinda wanted to try some third person shots.
This last one was done while I was operating on little to no sleep and in the preliminary stages of a nasty fever. So if I look like a raving lunatic, blame it on me being delerious. Here I wanted to try editing something that called for a faster pace than the other two, just to see how I'd do. Also, I wanted to jump around a parking garage at five in the morning, but hey. Whatcha gonna do?
On a final note. I wasn't using an actual video camera here. These were shot with nothing but photo-taking digitals.
So? does it pass the RDI test? Lets get some opinions a-flyin'.
