Find a car with the proper head room leg room (don't bother with seat adjustments) open the door and sit down taking great care in cracking open the stearing column

Ensure that the car is in the 'Parked' state (NOT 'Neutral'), and release the emergency brake if it is in use. Proceed to step 13.

Step thirteen
Detach the wires running to the ignition and locate the blue red and black wires. (black is neutral, red is Hot, and blue is going to the starter in case the wires are different colors)

Connect the Hot and Starter wires together, you should hear the engine cranking, then tap the Neutral against the rest and the engine should turn over. After a couple trys it should start...

Rinse off the poor dog, and realize that the toothbrush in your hand is so old (judging from the amount of dust from it) that you'd be better off using a new one... maybe an electric one.
