Generally what did you want to happen? Get as much info as you can then try to find each other or something like that? I'm thinking of another way to bring you together but that would require about a day timeskip.

I'm also thinking about certain merits to give to you guys, I've decided on a safehouse for nomad, contacts amongst vagrants and runaways for Eol, Hammer is prolly going to have some version of faith and Broms character, I haven't gotten to the combat part but I"m thinking you'll have mentor/ally I forget the term. I'll get back to you guys but just lemme know what you're gonna do for the next day after if you leave and I'll have something happen

A Prayer Chain is a Term for a group of Church Members who commit to Pray at a certain time of day for a certain amount of time

Some Prayer Chains are divided into 24 hour segments and can be as long a commitment as one hour, or 30 minutes or 15 minutes.

Church Members will choose a certain Day and Time, rather than the same time each day.

Another Type of Prayer Chain is where a Member will contact another Member to Pray for a specific situation and that Member contacts another Member and so forth until all Members of the Prayer Chain have been contacted (usually by phone)

Members of the Prayer Chain are Praying for Specific Individuals or Situations.

Hope that Clarifies what Pastor Preston was referring to with his suggestion for a Prayer Chain

Pastor Jeremy invited non church goers so he'd rather wait till it's the end of mass announcements to put that along, plus he wants to get solid dates going or at least that's my reasoning.

I'm not one of those players that demands a particular pace, so if it takes us a few pages of posts to get into the meat of the adventure, I'm fine. As a matter-of-fact, I barely know Colum as it is and would welcome more interaction between characters and fleshing out the meeting. Playing a little Clue won't hurt.

As for intent (if we're set on that course), Colum's initial intent is to treat the old man with kindness, respect, and like he's the most important fellow in the room. He'll buy him a drink, get him talking but keep the conversation low-key so as not to draw unwanted attention to them, and once he feels he's gleaned all of the information he can from him, bid the old fellow good night.

However, seeing that a young punk just knocked into him, Colum will be concerned with having just been pickpocketed. After all, he is from L.A. So, he'll quickly check his pockets and make sure everything is there before proceeding with the initial intent.

If the meeting is still going on once he's done speaking with Norman, Colum will return to the meeting and sit quietly in the back, seeing if there's anything else he can pick up on.

At any point, if he feels that he's emptied the pipe, he'll seek out lodging at the nearest motel and use his cell phone to research the news reports and social media while the motel T.V. is tuned into local news stations looking and listening for more info until he grows tired enough to sleep.

The next morning, he would look for a coffee shop or cafe to grab some breakfast. Then, depending on the leads he has, he'll start investigating.

I'll try to get a post up soon fleshing out the conversation with Norman a little more and leading into the rest of what I've just relayed.

I know I have been having trouble with my internet at home and thus not posting well in a lot of my games at the moment.

Is this game still alive?

I'm hoping this was just on holiday break. I'd love to find out what is up with the devil.

I am in the Philippines for most of this month and depending upon readjusting to a 14 hour time difference when I get back will determine how soon I am back to 'Gaming Speed' in February

This game takes a lot outta me in terms of writing and it's one of the main reasons why I feel drained. It's investigative as hell and losing my notes makes it a rather daunting task.

Though now I'm trying to pick up some steam and get it back going so for those of you are still here and willing to play (and deal with me) I appreciate it a lot. I will try my best to post weekly
