She fights battles made for others and is gentle and loving to all, except evil. She does not wish to be a vampire and is on a quest to exterminate her creator.

The story is the town of Kahr has been overun by a powerful vampire, Oddistia. She has created many but had to stop or her followers would have grown anxious. She screwed up and left a survivor, a teenager named Carmen. She was realitvely new to town and a small group of Oddistia's followers are sent to fetch her. Carmen escapes their leader and runs to her home in Shire Inn. But there he cofronts her agai, with two young followers.
