Currently...
Ironman takes the cake for me. As for the fighting? The story wasn't about that so much as the birth of Ironman, so for that the show was hands down the best superhero show so far done.
I'm looking forward to the Watchmen, Cap, the Avengers, etc. but I don't expect greatness from any comic book hero. They tell a different kind of story in comics, and for the most part have never been able to do the human psyche justice in most of the popular ones as far as I'm concerned, so I watch the movies solely for the purpose of being entertained. Sometimes they succeed (X-Men Franchise, Spiderman 1, the 2008 Hulk, The Punisher, even Fantastic 4), and sometimes they don't (The first Hulk, Spidey 2 & 3, anything with Jim Carey in it...).

Man, I have SO many!
I'm OBSESSED with DC, so pretty much all the DC movies lol! I do have favourites, though:
(In no particular order)
Batman and Harley Quinn (it's hilarious!)
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay (so badass!)
Batman: Assault on Arkham (another badass Suicide Squad movie)
The Tim Burton Batman movies (classics!)
Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths (the dark 'Justice League' is cool)
Suicide Squad (not the best plot but still a fun movie)
Batman: Under the Red Hood (a well made movie based on the comics. Really explores the father/son relationship between Bruce and Jason)
Batman Year One (goes back to Bruce and Jim's roots when they just started out. Interesting)
Justice League (Live action. good action scenes. Didn't like the Flash's costume, though. The tv series costume is much better)
Wonder Woman (Again live action. Just wow! Brilliant movie!)
Batman V Superman (I loved the plot and how they brought the two iconic superheroes together)
Batman Ninja (a crazy over-the-top movie-as you can expect from a Japanese anime lol. It's just great!)
Justice League Dark
And there's more!

Brom: Jim Carrey, huh?
Batman Forever has Jim Carrey in it as The Riddler. Seen that?

He's a physicist/neurosurgeon/rock star/test driver fighting aliens. He's more of a superhero than the Question, Daredevil, Nightwing, and at least 30 other "street level" comic book icons I can think of. Your mileage, as always, may vary.
