What books are needed for this build?
Complete Champion
Dragon 310
Expanded Psionics Handbook
Complete Warrior
Magic Item Compendium
Unapproachable East
Complete Arcane
Lords of Madness
Very Quick Note about the cohort.
Charly is a Level 15 Human Wu-Jen
Of note; all he does is use the feat Craft Contingent Spell to create a contingent Giant Size which takes effect when he polymorphs into a horse
So, he hastes both of us, then he polymorphs into a horse, his contingent spell activates and he becomes size colossal. I then saddle him up with the size colossal saddle and mount up to ride into battle (very clumsily)
Now- Onto the Damage Calculation.
First: Some Points of Interest
(just to clarify some of the more out-there parts of the build)
Battle Leader?s Charge allows me as a full round action to make a charge attack that deals +10 damage
Leading the charge gives me and all my allies a bonus on damage on charge attacks equal to my initiation level. Initiator level for a non-initiator is equal to ½ of their other character levels; so in my case +9.
The Valorous weapon enhancement is from Unapproachable East, and allows a weapon used on a mounted charge to deal damage. Importantly, this stacks with the lance and spirited charge.
Mouthpick is a weapon special ability worth a +1 bonus from Lord of Madness; it allows a creature to replace a bite attack with a weapon attack, on a weapon which is fit specially for use in a mouth. It is perhaps the wackiest ability ever; but it is great stuff; and it lets you make multiple attacks if your BAB allows it.
Total Attack Calculation-
Superlance + 31/+31/+31/+31/+26/+21/+16
Four of these attacks are gained for high BAB, another 1 from haste, and 2 more for using the Storm of Blows ability. Note that due to my barbarian substitution level granting pounce, I can make all of these attacks on a charge.
Total Damage Modifier- x2 Lance- x3 Spirited Charge-- x4 Valorous Weapon
4(4d6 (Gargantuan Lance) + 45 (1.5x Str) +72 (Power attack for 18 with Leap Attack) + 10 Battle Leader?s Charge + 9 Leading the Charge + 5 Collision + 5 Weapon Enhancement + 2 Favored Weapon +2 Weapon Specialization) + 2d6 Charging + 2d6 Rhino Hide Armor
or
4(164) + 21
=
656+21= 677 per attack on average without a crit
With his 7 attacks per round; this means 4,739 damage per round on average without critical hits
Add in the two claw attacks and the number goes up a little bit more, but not enough for me to put into the calculations. If we want to invoke a belt of battle use, the cohort will have an additional contingent teleportation to whisk the two of us fifty feet away from the enemy at the end of my attack sequence. At this point we will both activate slotless belts of battle and do it once more; just for the hell of it. But that would be overkill.

Actually
I hope you meant Intelligence or Wisdom damage: Charisma is going to take a decent while to knock him off his high horse (pun unintentionally intended).
Paralyzing him would work nicely as well, if you could find a way to do it to him without having to go through that fortitude save. Then you'd have to take out the Wu Jen without giving it chance to end polymorph so that it could cast spells on him that might fix him up.
Another thing though is that you would have to somehow acquire the first initiative place in order to even have a chance at magicking him.
By the way, I think there is a rule about multipiers that you might be missing here. I don't know what it is, but I remember reading that x2 multiplier stacked with x2 multiplier instead becomes a single x3 multiplier, not x4 as standard math would tell you.
