Hope someone packed a 10 foot pole…

Though to be honest, Ray’s probably right. Why should their characters spend time standing around in sub-zero temperatures in order to fish out what’s (from their perspective) likely to be nothing more exciting or valuable than a dead squirrel?

I wonder if Steve’s a fan of DM of the Rings. They seem to share the same gaming style.

Where

Where do you pack a ten foot pole anyway?

"Is that a ten foot pole or are you happy to be adventuring?"

Reagan - I love Ron. It was a Bloom County reference to the fact that people used to blame everything on Reagan while he was in power. My humour when I'm tired is Dennis Miller style obscure. I apologize for any slight to the Gipper.

Maybe you should have brought the Squirrel!

It could have just been a dead squirrel, which may be only useful to a budding necromancer.. Or it could be the last remains of a scholar who had been researching the tomb of the once great mage wizendorf who had his secrets buried with him. So inside a scroll tube on the scholars remains is his research on the many traps in the tomb.

We don't know... But it could have gone either way.

Hi-mit-su!

--Where do you pack a ten foot pole anyway?

In a couple of groups I have gamed with - the best answer I could expect for that particular question is, "It's a secret!"
