Well, to catch up...
Well, I fear you've not seen the end of this yet. However, Reok can consider his formation finished.
Still another two weeks before the expedition...You will both (Matrim included, after a bit more finishing diplomatic touches) have complete free will. What does you character do? Go looking for jobs? Meet family or friends? Wander the Market, knowing they don't have much need of their spare coin for a while?
Wherever you go, events may certainly pop up... If you're not sure what to do, just do what your character would, and go to a tavern, or to a library to study, or to a blacksmith to check up his armour and weapons, or browse the stores.
Anyway, other than that, I apologize again for the delay this time around, and though i cannot guarantee it won't happen again, I assure you I have no intent whatsoever upon letting this game 'fizzle'. Look at it as a somewhat low-input game for now, and the fun will begin sooner rather than later.
Oh, by the way, Matrim's Character Sheet has been slightly updated, and new Archive Entry: The New Tamjarian Calender (so you can make sense of the different uses of months).
To summarize, though, every year is made up of 365 days, there are no leap years. The calender is simpler than in real life, as it contains 10 months, with 37 days a month for the first half of the year, and 36 days a month for the second half. Weeks are still measured in groups of 7 days.
Well...all of that is the general format for the Common Calender, as it's known. The actual names of months and days vary from culture to culture, as is explained in greater detail in the Lore entry.
Oh, I've also deposited a bit more experience for you both.

Ah, sorry, I just found that I hadn't actually subscribed to the Q&A section of the forum, that's been fixed.
Anyway, yes this is definetely continuing, and I apologize for the delay, as I should have pointed out before, especially since I frequently speak with clockwork demise in real life.
Reok is free to reply to Tryaen at this point, OR Matrim can reply, take charge or otherwise state agreement. We're at a point where I can't really do anything without controlling your characters for you.
Sorry for not stating such clearly, I can extend my existing post if it's more convinient.

Okay, a few notes...
Okay, well, a few things I should point out.
Firstly, I will be unable to post on Saturday for me, and possibly Sunday, so there will be slight delays.
Secondly, don't worry, this conversation with Tryaen won't be too in depth. Save some character development for on the trip! (P.S. Any character material kept secret from other players can be done between the player and myself in Private Messages, which I will keep saved if ever they need to be looked back upon.)
Thirdly, Reok's overall bodily state is healing, as Tryaen said, at a remarkable pace. If you find a seat somewhere, then within an hour his skeleton will be as good - or better - than new, though his exterior wounds will still pain for a few days.
Fourthly and finally - bonus experience for Matrim for excellent character POV roleplaying.
