Red Dead Redemption D&D?

I had an idea about a Read Dead Redemption D&D game. I have no idea how to GM so we'd need someone else to do that but I'm sure if enough people are interested that won't be a problem.
Some thoughts I had were things like classes and backgrounds and stuff. Some backgrounds/classes could be like gunslinger, ex-gunslinger, marshal, US Army, Gang Member(Walton, Dutch, etc.), rancher, cowboy, and so on.
Like I said I'm no GM and I've no idea how to set a game up but if anyone is willing to step up to the plate that'd be great! (~natural poetry~)

EDIT: Forgot to put this in before, if this is in the wrong section of the forums I apologize).

I think this is the appropriate place...

...and, I'm pretty sure this sort of game could be realized with a fairly simple tweaking of the old 'Boot Hill' rules set. (Yes, Boot Hill... showing my age a little, perhaps? Does anyone even remember Boot Hill anymore? )

It would definitely be interesting to see an "Old West" themed game take off around here, I think... Can't say that I'm much of a DM, myself, and, given my schedule of late, can't even say I'd be able to play, but I'd most certainly lurk if this got off the ground.

*moseys off to check the Google to see if Boot Hill is even available in any form or fashion, these days*

UpdatEdit: A google search for "Boot Hill RPG" does bring up a decent list of results and resources... How 'bout that?

Oohh... a post

I was just looking around the recruitment threads when I saw your post Eol. Thanks for the reference. I've never heard of "Boot Hill" before. I'll check it out! Thanks again! And if there's anyone out there interested in this and would like to GM yhat'd be great!
