Hello! My name is FabFlyingFox, though I go by Saki. I am Texas State Manager in a gaming community and modeling group called The D20 Girls Project. I was referred to this site by Tann’Talas recently.

I typically play 3.5, Star Wars, and Tephra (my personal favorite: a steampunk DnD releasing from Cracked Monocle here in Texas soon), though I am willing to learn new games and try different mechanics for the sake of personal wealth of knowledge.

I hope to be able to join a few games here over the summer, as I have two more weeks of my spring semester at college presently.

Welcome Saki I see you accepted my invite to our site and hope more of the D20 project do so. As I said in my email to you there are a wide variety of AD&D rules sets in use here, even at one time a game run on the very first rules edition.. Basic .. Along with a number of varying game systems from Fantasy to the Sci-fi to the occult to plain horror there is always something for someone including even Free Form games here at the Inn. Also a good place to start here is “Pit F(r)iend's epic guide to getting started for newbies.”. Which itself was written by an Inn member to help new people just like you figure out how to navigate the halls of the Inn.

I myself hope to possibly get more involved with your group over time and meet you and the other members of D20 living here in Texas at a later date, possibly here in San Antonio at next years ChimaeraCon or sooner.

Quick question will you or any of your group be at MillenniumCon 15 up near Austin on the 9-12th of Nov??

I already welcomed you in the Gender Roles thread that you so awesomely gave your own two cents (I also have enough opinions to buy some gum now. :3) however you can't be welcomed too much, you know?

It's always awesome to see more ladies in the gaming world, especially since in my area there really aren't many gamers at all putting me a minority inside a minority. At least I can secretly conspire chat with you girls online. :3

I'm looking into the D20 Girls stuff. That's pretty cool.
