I am pretty new at play-by-post, or tabletop for that matter, games, I'm hoping to find something relatively simple game to kinda learn the ropes. If you can help, it'll be much appreciated.

Or chat with as many innmates as you can get your hands on, either really works. There's a couple games starting presently you might be able to stick yourself into and get bounced around until you figure out what you're doing.
