Ok so this will be a DandD 3.5 based game with rules as guidelines so long as you don't abuse them. Anything from 3.5 you can use starting at lvl 4 with 500gp to buy what you need. This will be a mainly underground campaign so keep that in mind. Also it will be a once a week with posting because of jobs and things.

A very rich looking man walks into the smiling cat tavern and stands on a table in the right corner of the room. He says with pain in his voice "I have a quest for any brave soul here to come with me back to my town for we are being ravaged my strange and horrible creatures. I'm willing to pay very handsomely to anyone who can stop this madness and save my daughter." He sits down and calls a bar maid to bring him a pint and looks down into his glass.

This is where you come in and walk over and sit at his table and tell him you will gladly take on his quest.
