Lunar

Already have my eclipse party set.. a few friends over and my telescope set up. It is cool to see the totality begin and end through a small scope, or binoculars.

Hope the clouds hold off. :-/

Drat.

Wish I could have seen more. Too many clouds here - lost sight entirely just before totality.

we tried...

But you couldn't see a single star last night in Aabama due to the cloud cover. I was really looking forward to the eclipse, plus a nice peek at Saturn's rings... but it wasn't meant to be.

Good view

I managed to get a very nice view of the red moon and then the eclise. A friend of mine invited me to go flying to see it. Very cool to be in a small plane watching it.
