"Not so Fast..."

This is Steve's established modus operandi at this point. Why let the players relax, when you have the opportunity to inflict more psychological harm on them?

Olan's thoughts for this strip:
Now that the climactiv battle is over, Steve will kindly hands out piles of treasure and lots of experience points, and everyone will ride off into the sunset, right?

Bwahahahahaaa!

The denizens of the dungeon may be defeated, but the dungeon itself may yet take their lives. Run, my pretties, run for your lives!

Script for this strip:
Ray: "Yes!"
Brad: "All right!"
Tim: "Nice shot!"
Rich: "Talk about being cool in the face of serious heat..."

Amy: "That was intense! I really thought that we were all going to die."

Tim: "Me, too. We were literally one die roll away from a party wipe!"

Ray: "Awww, poor Steve. You didn't get to kill us all off."

Steve: "You wound me, sir. I don't set out to kill you guys - I only enjoy killing players off when you do something really stupid."

Steve: "Oh, but by the way..."

Steve (narrator): "The flames have begun to spread rapidly. It is quite clear that staying here much longer will prove to be fatal."
